The actual employment contract is between the candidate and the destination employer.

3. Eligibility

4. Application Fee

The application fee is USD 199, payable in two installments of USD 99.50 each. Both installments must be paid for the application to be entered into the monthly selection pool. Payment methods accepted: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), local payment methods (UPI, mobile money, bank transfer), and cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT, BTC, ETH). Currency conversion is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment. Local taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the user.

5. Selection Process

Selection occurs monthly on the first day of each month at 00:00 Asia/Singapore time (UTC+8). One candidate per origin-destination country pair is selected based on: (a) Profile completeness (b) Skill score (English proficiency, years of experience) (c) Document verification status (d) Match with available employer demand The selection algorithm is deterministic and uses a cryptographic seed posted to the Polygon blockchain for public verifiability. Hash and seed are published on the platform within 24 hours of each draw. Selection is NOT a lottery in the legal sense. It is a merit-based recruitment selection.

6. Refund Policy

Application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for non-selected applicants, as the fee covers processing, KYC, document review, and inclusion in the selection pool. Refunds are issued ONLY in the following cases: (a) If a candidate is selected but EasyVisa fails to facilitate placement within 12 months of selection through no fault of the candidate, the full $199 fee is refunded. (b) If the candidate withdraws within 7 days of first installment payment AND before account verification, a partial refund of 50% may be granted at our discretion. (c) Duplicate or erroneous payments will be refunded in full within 30 days. Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Crypto refunds are issued in equivalent USDC.

7. Onboarding Period

Selected candidates enter a 6-month onboarding period during which: (a) Documents are verified (b) Skill assessments and language tests are conducted remotely (c) Employer interviews take place via video call (d) Visa documentation is prepared in coordination with partner agencies NO salary is paid during the onboarding period. Upon successful completion of onboarding and final employer approval, candidates receive 50% of the agreed salary monthly until physical relocation. This salary is paid by the destination employer; EasyVisa serves as guarantor. Failure to pass onboarding (e.g., falsified documents, refusal to attend interviews, failed language requirements) results in selection forfeiture without refund.

8. Salary and Employment

Salaries are determined by the destination employer based on local market rates and the job tier. Reference ranges are published on our platform but actual offers are negotiated case-by-case. EasyVisa is not the employer. The employment relationship is between the candidate and the destination company. EasyVisa's role ends with successful placement, except for the salary guarantee during pre-relocation period.
